When you visit www.air-aroma.com or send emails to Air Aroma, you are communicating with Air Aroma electronically. You consent to receive communications from Air Aroma electronically. Air Aroma will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that Air Aroma provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Air Aroma will preserve the content of any email from you if it believes there is a legal requirement to do so. Air Aroma will take all reasonable steps to preserve the security of your personal information (including credit card details).

Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods described on this site for the price as specified on Air Aroma’s price list. Your order must contain your name, address, email address credit card details and any other information specified on this site. You may not cancel an order once it has been submitted even if Air Aroma’s decision whether to accept or reject your offer is still pending. No undertaking is given as to the availability of the goods advertised on this site. Goods will be delivered in accordance with Air Aroma’s shipping policy published on this site. Title will pass once payment has been received but risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch.

Listed prices are exclusive of taxes duties and charges imposed or levied. Certain countries may include local taxes, which are listed in the checkout if they are incurred in connection with the supply of goods.

Your membership account

Air Aroma undertakes to comply with the terms of its Privacy and security policy posted on this website under the heading Policies. However, if you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead Air Aroma. If you are under 18, you may use Air Aroma’s website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Air Aroma and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. If a product offered by Air Aroma itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with Air Aroma’s returns policy posted on this site under the heading Policies. By your use of this site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed Air Aroma’s policies including Air Aroma’s Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site under the heading Policies. Warranty Coverage

Air Aroma’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: Air Aroma warrants all diffusion products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.

Terms and Conditions

Payment by Credit Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards. We protect the security of your credit card number during transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software. Please note that Air Aroma reserves the right to ask for proof of identity on all Credit Card orders.

Shipping Policy

Information for Australian Customers Parcels sent within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. If delivery is attempted but nobody is home then a card will be left asking you to collect your parcel at your local post office. Air Aroma recommends that if you are not home during business hours that you request Air Aroma to send your parcel to you at your work address.

Information for International Customers

International orders can be sent by Regular Airmail or EMS International Courier. Cost is calculated based on your location and items in your cart. You can get a quote for shipping costs by adding records to your shopping cart and clicking “checkout” (you will need to have an account and be logged in).

Returns Policy

Please choose your purchases carefully as Air Aroma does not accept returns unless they are genuinely faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. Items damaged or broken because of faulty packaging may be returned together with the faulty packaging. If you have an item you wish to return, you must first email Air Aroma for a Return Advice form and send the item back to Air Aroma within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

Privacy Policy

Air Aroma recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of its customers. It does NOT sell, trade, or give-away any information it may have on any of its users and members. Please be advised that information provided via the Air Aroma website enquiry fields may be forwarded to a third party distributor of Air Aroma’s products, if one is located in your region.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

If you provide credit card details as part of the ordering process, we encrypt those details as they are passed to our payment gateway company to be processed.
