If you are shopping around town this month you will have no doubt passed by a magazine rack, which contained this, the latest issue of National Geographic.
The issue examines subjects as the learning brain, the perceptive brain, the unconscious brain, the emotional brain, and the aging brain. We were particularly interested in the perceptive brain section of the article that focuses on smell & taste.
The article explains the link between smell and taste and why our sense of smell triggers emotions and memories. A very interesting article and a great read.
